Jay N. Razzouk dedicates his practice to the litigation of complex shareholder actions. He represents the interests of investors in shareholder derivative actions, as well as securities class actions relating to mergers or acquisitions. As a result, Mr. Razzouk has experience litigating claims involving, among other things, stock option backdating, the subprime mortgage crisis, board elections, corporate takeovers, and entrenchment of the board. Mr. Razzouk also helps shareholders inspect corporate books and records and make litigation demands on boards of directors.
