About Martin Homec

I represent parties in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). My public work experience is listed below, I also have private clients.

The issues I am representing include health and safety of regulated utility companies activities. The regulatory agencies have a mandate to regulate health and safety issues but usually only consider the rates and financial condition of the regulated companies. I advocate that the utilities' facilities should be safe and that their operation should not adversely affect the public health.
