MICHAEL J. MOFFATT received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, in 1986 and his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, in 1992. He earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating in 1995 with honors.
